I always try to look beyond the user data and see the human side of things. Also, I really search for clients who see the person behind the contract. Once a upon a time…

At Telegraaf Media Group, one of the biggest publisher in The Netherlands, I had the opportunity to work for ‘the big brands’. Telegraaf.nl, Speurders, relatieplanet. All of them had millions of visitors with huge growth potential. I was granted the freedom to deep dive in the strategy & execution to grow those brands. This opportunity gave me drive to develop my analytic & optimisation skills and put them to the test. In the end I still believe one of the best way of learning is doing. And I’m grateful for this opportunity!

Then suddenly.

I made a transfer to Zoover & Weeronline. Both huge brands in the Dutch market. I had the opportunity to become lead Conversion Optimization. An amazing role in which I was able to develop as a leader, work on my strategy skills and deepen my knowledge.   After this it became my obsession to combine the skills I gained and help unleash the untapped potential of many more brands out there.

The pandemic taught us what we can achieve from working from our home-offices. I like to combine face to face meetings and workshops with dedicated work time from my remote office. I believe we should use our Head Offices as spaces to facilitate human connection and knowledge sharing as much as possible and to use our remote offices for times of focus.
